Surrogacy Faq

- Surrogate mothers age is between 25 to 35 years.
- She should be married and having a child of minimum 3 years.
- Only one surrogacy act in lifetime.
- She should not be oocyte donor.
- Certificate of medical and psychological fitness from RMO.
- Written consent form from surrogate mother and husband

- The name of the intending parents goes in the birth certificate.

- Expense by the intended couple.

- Travel document will be in the name of intended parents.
- Birth certificate will have names of intending couple.
